テスト番号とからみるとcreatedb後、DSNリストの参照で見つからないということ
らしいですねぇ。ここの部分だけがエラーのようですから、通常使う分には
ほとんど影響ないとは思いますが。

-これらのテストはデータベースのリストを生成して、あるデータベースがあるかを
チェックするものです
-最もありがちなこととしては大文字小文字の区別をするかしないかがあります。
-返されたリストを見てみればわかるかもしれません
といったところでしょうか。
t/dbdadmin.tの143行目にある以下のような行があるはずですから
DBI->data_sources($mdriver ...)の値を確認してみては？
