Q1: Why the trouble was happened?
A1: There were two different individuals on the server you are on that were
using the Server in abusive ways.  We have since disabled one and helped the
other in understanding how to correct the problem.  It will not happen
again.

「我々は1つを使えなくして、片方はその問題解決を理解させるために助けたんだ
！」
「もうこれは起こらないだろう。」

といってますが、ここでいう「2つの独立した何か(？)」って何でしょうか？

Q2: If the trouble was caused by the above reason, as you said, I had to put
"disconnect method" into each Perl scripts causing the trouble. Right?
A2: Making sure that each script disconnects from the MySQL server ensures
that it doesn't plug that slot indefinitely for other users.

ここでは、「スクリプト終了後にdisconnect methodを利用して正常終了させない
と、他のユーザーに迷惑がかかるよ」っていっているのだと思います。

また、定期的にmysqladmin flush-hosts を実行するのか？って尋ねたところ、しな
いとの回答でした。
将来の同様の問題を回避するために、'hostname'ホストからのエラー回数を把握して
おきたいのですが、それはできるのでしょうか？
