中冨さんのおっしゃる通り！
古いMySQL Ver3.23からmysqldumpでユーザーデータごと、リストアしました。
これが原因で、レプリケーション用の項目がないということでしょうか？

これは、どういう意味でしょうか？
あまり詳しくないので、教えていただけると助かります。 

権限テーブルを新しいバージョンにアップグレードするというようなことでしょうか？
